1 clove Garlic, peeled
¼ cup contemporary Basil. packed
1 Tbsp of juice from a contemporary Lemon
Unflavored Non-Stick Cooking Spray

Preparation:
In a meals processor (or with mortar and pestle), pulse garlic, basil, lemon juice and floor pepper.
Spray either side of the pork chop with unflavored non-stick cooking spray and unfold the contents of the basil and garlic combination on either side of the pork chop. Let it stand for no less than quarter-hour.
