Elements:
1 serving of Salmon Fillet (or different plan permitted fish)
1 clove Garlic, minced
¼ cup recent Basil leaves, chopped
Juice from a recent Lemon, to style
Lemon slices
Unflavored Non-Stick Cooking Spray
Floor Black Pepper, to style
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 400 levels F. Combine the basil and garlic in a small bowl.
Place fillet pores and skin facet down on a big piece of parchment paper and make 2-3 slits into the fillet with a knife. Stuff the slits with the basil and garlic combination. Spray the fillet with unflavored non-stick cooking spray and organize the lemon slices on high of the fillet.
